This can have a negative impact on the mental and emotional health of students who are victims. In facing this problem, teachers have an important role in responding to it. Teachers' efforts to address behavior include an educational approach, fostering positive values, creating an inclusive and supportive environment, and providing an understanding of the importance of respecting differences. The type of research used is qualitative, a research model that uses descriptive data in the form of written or spoken language from people and actors who can be observed. This qualitative research is carried out to explain and analyze individual or group phenomena, events, social dynamics, attitudes, beliefs and perceptions. This research method is to use a qualitative method with an observational study approach. The result of this research show that in the school that was used at the research site, there still a digital divide where there are still many students who still have limitations in owning electronic goods due to economic limitations and the distance from home to school whis is quite far. Data was obtained through a literature study, by analysing 25 journal articles from 2013-2023 that were relevant to the subject matter. Of the 25 articles, 12 were identified as relevant, which were then re-analysed. The results of the analysis showed that there were 10 articles that discussed the sources and types of education financing in Indonesia with a focus on the efficiency of education fund management, while 2 articles were considered less relevant because they talked about the basic concepts of financing and financing planning. The discussion in this study is about the definition and concept of education financing, legal basis, types of financing, and sources of financing such as government funds, community donations, and parental contributions. The education financing cycle includes planning, accounting and evaluation to ensure the effective and efficient use of financial resources. But in reality there are some children who have learning difficulties, one of which is dyslexia. Therefore, a method is needed to help the learning process of dyslexic children in reading. The main purpose of this research is to explain some of the development methods that have been done by previous researchers so that they can become recommendations in conducting development methods for children with dyslexia. The results of the review of selected articles state that customizing learning approaches according to the individual needs of the child is very important to ensure the effectiveness of learning. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research using a case study design. Through ontological, epistemological and axiological foundations, Divine Principles offer the view that humans have an inherent relationship with God, which emphasizes moral and spiritual responsibility in maintaining balance between humans, nature and His creator. The cruelest discrimination against women occurs when they have a family. Qualitative research method with a natural paradigm that relies on phenomenology. The approaches used are gender, intrinsic and anthropological approaches. The results show that family life patterns limit women's opportunities in many ways, by assigning them to unpaid work with low prestige; by not giving them equal opportunities for outside employment and education; by being forced to do most or all of the housework and childcare even though they also get paid. Analysis focuses on curriculum development, teacher quality, technology integration, student-centered learning, and parent/community support. Furthermore, the impact of Covid-19 requires online learning, which causes a lack of enthusiasm for students to participate in learning. This research aims to determine the effect of the guided inquiry learning model on the learning motivation and activity of class VIII students in Jerneg Hamlet. The research method used is Quasi experiment with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all junior high school students in class VIII in Jerneng Hamlet. Sampling used an incidental technique with a total of 20 students, 10 students for the experimental class and 10 students for the control class. The data in this study was taken by giving a pretest and posttest to each class. The data collection technique for the learning motivation variable uses a 20-item questionnaire. Meanwhile, the data collection technique for student activity uses a 15-item questionnaire. Data collection techniques by providing questionnaires, observation sheets and documentation. Data analysis uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test and T Test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing on the guided inquiry learning model on student learning motivation, it shows that F = 3.825; sig&lt;0.05. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing on student activity show that F = 1.974; sig&lt;0.05. This research was only carried out up to the third stage, namely development, due to limited time and funds. Validation of the Android-based Flip PDF Professional involved one material expert and two media experts. Data collection was done through a questionnaire that included material validation, media, and Flip PDF user responses. The data analysis technique was quantitatively descriptive.</em> <em>The results showed: The results of the development of Flip PDF Professional are in the form of online links that include Traditional Indonesian Cake Processing material in the form of Flip PDF Professional; the feasibility of Traditional Indonesian Cake Processing material in the form of Flip PDF Professional is rated very feasible with an average of 81%; the feasibility of Traditional Indonesian Cake Processing media in the form of Flip PDF Professional is rated feasible with an average score of 74%; and user response, namely grade XI students of SMKN 8 Surabaya (majoring in culinary expertise) obtained an average score of 92% with very good interpretation.
