Behavior between fellow students is an increasingly disturbing phenomenon in the school environment. This can have a negative impact on the mental and emotional health of students who are victims. In facing this problem, teachers have an important role in responding to it. Teachers' efforts to address behavior include an educational approach, fostering positive values, creating an inclusive and supportive environment, and providing an understanding of the importance of respecting differences. The type of research used is qualitative, a research model that uses descriptive data in the form of written or spoken language from people and actors who can be observed. This qualitative research is carried out to explain and analyze individual or group phenomena, events, social dynamics, attitudes, beliefs and perceptions. The conclusion is that, with the active role of teachers, it is hoped that the school environment can become a safe and supportive place for all students, without discrimination based on physical appearance.

This research was conducted to determine the digital gap in the world of education today and in the future. This research method is to use a qualitative method with an observational study approach. The result of this research show that in the school that was used at the research site, there still a digital divide where there are still many students who still have limitations in owning electronic goods due to economic limitations and the distance from home to school whis is quite far. In conclusion, the school has tried as much as possible to equalize digital use for students who do not have electronic devices to use computers provided by the school.

Analisis Sumber dan Jenis Pembiayaan Pendidikan di Indonesia

This research uses a systematic literature review method with the PRISMA model to examine the sources and types of education financing in Indonesia. Data was obtained through a literature study, by analysing 25 journal articles from 2013-2023 that were relevant to the subject matter. Of the 25 articles, 12 were identified as relevant, which were then re-analysed. The results of the analysis showed that there were 10 articles that discussed the sources and types of education financing in Indonesia with a focus on the efficiency of education fund management, while 2 articles were considered less relevant because they talked about the basic concepts of financing and financing planning. The discussion in this study is about the definition and concept of education financing, legal basis, types of financing, and sources of financing such as government funds, community donations, and parental contributions. The education financing cycle includes planning, accounting and evaluation to ensure the effective and efficient use of financial resources. This research provides an in-depth understanding of education financing in Indonesia, highlighting the important roles of government, communities and educational institutions in providing funds to support the sustainability and quality of education

Every citizen has the right to education, including children with special needs. One of the activities of education is learning. Learning is a way for a person to develop. By learning someone will have broad insight. But in reality there are some children who have learning difficulties, one of which is dyslexia. Therefore, a method is needed to help the learning process of dyslexic children in reading. The main purpose of this research is to explain some of the development methods that have been done by previous researchers so that they can become recommendations in conducting development methods for children with dyslexia. The results of the review of selected articles state that customizing learning approaches according to the individual needs of the child is very important to ensure the effectiveness of learning. There are three main approaches that can improve dyslexic children's literacy: multisensory approach, auditory approach and visual approach.

The literacy problem is one of the problems that needs special attention from Indonesian society. Literacy in elementary schools (SD) is very important because it is the foundation for students to develop reading, writing and arithmetic skills. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the problems in implementing literacy, especially at SDN 067980 Medan Denai. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research using a case study design. The research results show that the problems in implementing literacy are; (1) Students at SDN 067980 Medan Denai are less interested and still do not understand vocabulary and are not fluent in reading (2) Facilities at SDN 067980 Medan Denai are still inadequate for student literacy activities so that the impact on student learning outcomes is not increased (3) Lack of media supports both digital and non-digital used by teachers at SDN 067980 Medan Denai.

The role of Divine Principles in Pancasila is very significant in achieving the welfare of Indonesian society. This article discusses how the principle of belief in the Almighty God is the foundation for education, moral and ethical values, as well as the role of religious communities in everyday life. Through ontological, epistemological and axiological foundations, Divine Principles offer the view that humans have an inherent relationship with God, which emphasizes moral and spiritual responsibility in maintaining balance between humans, nature and His creator. This principle also encourages the development of character and attitudes that are in accordance with religious teachings, creating an environment full of love, tolerance and social justice. By integrating Pancasila values in policies and regulations, Indonesia can build a prosperous and sustainable society. This article concludes that the Divine Principles of Pancasila are a solid foundation for achieving equitable and sustainable prosperity for all members of society.

Every human being has the right to shape himself into a healthy human being so that he can move well. Of course, being healthy must be familiarized from a young age. Elementary school age is an important period because at this age children are very vulnerable to various diseases and health problems. Diseases and health problems that often affect elementary school children are generally related to clean and healthy living habits, such as toothache, diarrhea, worms, skin diseases, dengue fever, and many others. This research uses the literature method obtained from scientific journal sources to provide an overview of how physical education and sports help elementary school children to improve clean and healthy living behavior. The results obtained are that there are components that support a clean and healthy lifestyle. Then internal and external factors must be considered because they can affect the increase in clean and healthy lifestyles. There are also simple steps that can be applied by elementary school-age children, such as the steps of washing hands every day and brushing teeth properly and correctly so that they can familiarize themselves with clean and healthy living.

Women suffer injustice not only through discrimination in the public world, but also through the way work is organized and income distribution within the family itself. The cruelest discrimination against women occurs when they have a family. Qualitative research method with a natural paradigm that relies on phenomenology. The approaches used are gender, intrinsic and anthropological approaches. The results show that family life patterns limit women's opportunities in many ways, by assigning them to unpaid work with low prestige; by not giving them equal opportunities for outside employment and education; by being forced to do most or all of the housework and childcare even though they also get paid. What is most disturbing is the suffering of women due to the altruism of marriage itself.

Drawing insights from superior education models in Finland, Japan and Singapore, this research aims to identify key factors that contribute to the success of these systems and recommendations that can be applied in the Indonesian context. Analysis focuses on curriculum development, teacher quality, technology integration, student-centered learning, and parent/community support. Developed countries prioritize curricula that emphasize 21st century skills, rigorous teacher selection, effective use of technology, student-focused learning, and strong parent/community involvement. By synthesizing the findings of this observational research, this study offers implementable insights for policy makers to improve the basic education system in Indonesia. The background is based on conditions during the teaching and learning process, teachers still apply lecture, question and answer and discussion methods so that teachers appear more active. Furthermore, the impact of Covid-19 requires online learning, which causes a lack of enthusiasm for students to participate in learning. This research aims to determine the effect of the guided inquiry learning model on the learning motivation and activity of class VIII students in Jerneg Hamlet. The research method used is Quasi experiment with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all junior high school students in class VIII in Jerneng Hamlet. Sampling used an incidental technique with a total of 20 students, 10 students for the experimental class and 10 students for the control class. The data in this study was taken by giving a pretest and posttest to each class. The data collection technique for the learning motivation variable uses a 20-item questionnaire. Meanwhile, the data collection technique for student activity uses a 15-item questionnaire. Data collection techniques by providing questionnaires, observation sheets and documentation. Data analysis uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test and T Test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing on the guided inquiry learning model on student learning motivation, it shows that F = 3.825; sig<0.05. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing on student activity show that F = 1.974; sig<0.05. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the guided inquiry learning model on the learning motivation and activity of class VIII students in Jerneng Hamlet.

The type of research used in this study is quantitative with an experimental method (pre experimental, one group, pretest-posttest design). The subject of this study is grade IV elementary school students. The data collection techniques used are observation and tests. The results of the study show that the Round Robin type cooperative learning model can affect the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of grade IV elementary school where the model can improve students' speaking skills compared to class discussions using conventional learning models.

This article discusses the influence of the use of video media on learning outcomes in elementary schools. Video media is increasingly being used as a tool in the learning process to increase student participation and clarify lesson content. The research method used is quantitative with an experimental approach. The use of video media has a positive impact which is significant for students' understanding of concepts and retention of information. Students who learn with this media have a much greater level of learning success than students who learn with traditional methods. Apart from that, video media also increases students' motivation and interest in learning. This study aims to determine: the results of the development of Android-based learning media through Flip PDF Professional on the material of Traditional Indonesian Cake Processing in class XI; the feasibility of Android-based teaching materials through Flip PDF Professional; the feasibility of Android-based learning media through Flip PDF Professional; and user responses to Android-based learning through Flip PDF Professional on the material of Traditional Indonesian Cake Processing. The research method used is development research with the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research was only carried out up to the third stage, namely development, due to limited time and funds. Validation of the Android-based Flip PDF Professional involved one material expert and two media experts. Data collection was done through a questionnaire that included material validation, media, and Flip PDF user responses. The data analysis technique was quantitatively descriptive. The results showed: The results of the development of Flip PDF Professional are in the form of online links that include Traditional Indonesian Cake Processing material in the form of Flip PDF Professional; the feasibility of Traditional Indonesian Cake Processing material in the form of Flip PDF Professional is rated very feasible with an average of 81%; the feasibility of Traditional Indonesian Cake Processing media in the form of Flip PDF Professional is rated feasible with an average score of 74%; and user response, namely grade XI students of SMKN 8 Surabaya (majoring in culinary expertise) obtained an average score of 92% with very good interpretation. This shows that the development of Android-based multimedia through Flip PDF on Indonesian Traditional Cake Processing material can be used for learning traditional cake material.

This study employs a literature review method to examine the relationship between learning motivation and students' academic achievement in science subjects in elementary schools. The results show that high learning motivation will encourage students to be more diligent, persistent, and enthusiastic in learning science. Active involvement in the learning process, ability to manage study time, and perseverance in completing science assignments will positively impact the attainment of optimal academic achievement in science subjects in elementary schools.

This research was conducted with the aim of researching and evaluating the New Student Admission Zoning System Policy (PPDB) at the State Middle School level in the City of Surabaya. This research analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research results show that the zoning system implemented is considered effective in achieving its main goal, namely equal distribution of quality education. However, other parents are disappointed because their children cannot attend public junior high schools because the distance between home and school is too far. Conflict Management in an organization is meant by someone who is an actor between someone outside and each other in a conflict. Conflict management is an approach based on processes that lead to forms of communication from outsiders and how they influence interests and realize self-interpretation in forming individual attitudes within the organization. In an organization, individuals and groups of workers are interrelated with the work of other parties. When a conflict arises in an organization, the cause is always identified as poor communication. Likewise, when a bad decision is made, poor communication becomes less efficient communication. However, conflict is not always detrimental but can also be beneficial in the long term. Meanwhile, according to the interactionist view, conflict is something that must be stimulated, because conflict can encourage change in the organization. Conflict can change behavior and can make the parties in conflict aware of their mistakes. Awareness of these mistakes will be able to increase productivity in the organization.

Performance measurement is an essential thing for a company. To become the winner in this global competition world, the company has to show a performance improvement from period to period. Recently, financial performance measurement is not enough to reflect the real business performance. That why Kaplan developed Balanced Scorecard Concept. The Balanced Scorecard Concept measure the organization’s performance through four perspectives that are the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. In dead, the Balanced Scorecard Concept is a concept in translating strategy into action to achieve organization’s gool in the long term. The action is measured and controlled continually. This article count on the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard Concept in some companies in USA. Many problems a difficulties which occur on the implementation of the concept could became opinion and suggestions for some companies who want to implement the Balanced Scorecard. However, Balanced Scorecard will help organizations (companies) to measure their performance more comprehensive and accurate.

This research aims to explore the effectiveness of using game-based learning methods in improving the mathematical abilities of students at State Elementary School 060944. The research was conducted using an experimental pre-test post-test control group design, involving two classes with a total of 60 students. One class was the control group and received conventional learning, while the other class was the experimental group and received game-based learning. The research results show that game-based learning is effective in improving students mathematical understanding and skills compared to conventional lerning. The practical implication of this research is the importance of integrating interesting and activity-based learning methods in the learning process at State Elementary School 060944 to improve student academic achievement.
