Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini guna menganalisis efektivitas mesin dan memberi usulan perbaikan losses pada mesin SM-52, selama 6 bulan terjadi breakdown selama 17,5 jam. Overall Equipment Effectiveness digunakan untuk mengukur Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) . Nilai Availability Rate dan Quality Rate sudah memenuhi standar, sedangkan rata - rata Performance Rate belum memenuhi standar. Hasil perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness sebesar 94,54% sudah memenuhi standar World Class OEE. Penyebab nilai rendah adalah Set Up And Adjustment Losses sebesar 30%. Perusahaan dapat menjalankan pemeliharaan terencana, pememliharaan berkelanjutan, dan pemeliharaan kualitas.
