This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and involved respondents consisting of employees at various levels of positions who work at companies in the district. Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a total of 22 questions and a total of 100 respondents which could measure the level of competency, communication, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares), which was carried out using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The data analysis methods used in this research include measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct influence hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis show that employee competency has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Communication also has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Effective and open communication allows clear and timely information to have a positive and significant impact on improving employee performance. And the compensation variable was also found to have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office. This research is quantitative in nature. The primary data for this research were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to priority customers at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office. The population of this study consisted of 272 individuals. The sampling technique used in this research was total sampling, resulting in a sample size of 272 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression and t-Statistical test. The research results indicate that attitude has a significant influence on the interest of customer deposits at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office, as reflected by the significance value (Sig.) of 0.035, which is lower than &lt; 0.05 (α). Subjective norms have a significant influence on the interest of customer deposits at PT. Office Administration Education Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University.The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of PT SOS Indonesia employees. The type of research carried out uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique used was through a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale from a value between one to five with a total of 16 questions. The population in the study was 135 employees of PT SOS Indonesia with a sample size of 100 employees at PT SOS Indonesia. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling with the Slovin formula with a difficulty level accuracy of 5%. The analysis technique used in this research is SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) which was carried out using SmartPLS 4.0 software. This research aims to comprehensively investigate the influence of financial literacy on employee performance and its impact on financial performance in the Islamic banking environment. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis methods. The population and sample in this study were all employees at BSI KCP Blangpidie, namely 35 people. This article analyzes the policy of the Center of Excellence Vocational High School Program (SMK PK) using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) approach and a qualitative research method through library research analysis. The evaluation is based on legal foundations, objectives, curriculum implementation, resources, learning processes, and the impact of the SMK PK program. Context analysis reveals a strong legal foundation, yet improvement is needed in socialization and training. Input evaluation appreciates an industry-aligned curriculum design, although challenges persist in human resources and infrastructure. The curriculum implementation process shows progress, but coordination and synchronization need enhancement. Overall, the SMK PK program has a positive impact, improving graduate quality and fostering synergy between SMK, industry, and government. Challenges such as assistance focus, job market mismatch, and a lack of productive subject teachers require further attention. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results found that Tokopedia employees felt that the leadership style applied was in accordance with what they expected. They consider that the leader has applied the right style in every work-related condition. The stress level of employees at Tokopedia is relatively low. The analysis that has been done shows a negative significant relationship between leadership style and job stress levels. Employees who feel in accordance with the leadership style of their superiors will have lower stress levels. Queues at gas stations are often a major concern for consumers, affecting customer satisfaction and the operational performance of gas stations. This study identifies the main factors that influence consumer response to queues, focusing on queue cases, waiting time, and consumer feelings regarding service. The research method used a quantitative approach through a consumer survey involving a representative sample of Cipatik gas station users. Data was collected through a questionnaire covering aspects such as consumer perception of service speed, queue efficiency, and overall satisfaction level. The results of data analysis show that there is a lack of consumer satisfaction with the queues that occur at Cipatik Service Station, West Bandung Regency. Therefore, it is necessary to improve queue management by the gas station. The addition of filling pump lines needs to be addressed so that the service level can increase. In addition, shorter waiting times and a more efficient service experience are considered by consumers as key factors in increasing their satisfaction. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for Cipatik Service Station management and relevant stakeholders to improve queue management and increase customer satisfaction.
