Hospital Minimum Service Standards Completeness of medical record filling 24 hours after completion must reach 100%. Objective: To determine the completeness factor in writing the patient's name in the patient's medical record at the hospital. Method: This research used the literature review method which was carried out on 14 journals and found incompleteness in writing patient names in hospital medical records. Results: Of the 14 journals regarding the completeness of writing patient names, none of the research results found were close to the very good category (100%). The highest percentage of completeness in writing patient names was found in research journals with a percentage of 98%, while the lowest percentage was 56%. Conclusion: From the results of a review of the completeness of writing patient names in hospital medical records, 14 journals were found to not have 100% completeness results and not all hospitals have SOPs regarding procedures for writing patient names. Suggestion: Create an SPO for procedures for writing patient names that comply with standards so that officers can carry out these activities with guidelines.
2023-10-13T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Jurnal Ilmiah Kedokteran dan Kesehatan https://ejurnal.stie-trianandra.ac.id/index.php/klinik/article/view/2232 Pengaruh Penyuluhan Terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan Anemia pada Ibu Hamil di Desa Pulau Panggung Kecamatan Semende Darat Laut Kabupaten Muara Enim Tahun 2023 2023-11-24T09:30:18+08:00 Nita Rukmana rukmarukma417@gmail.com Fera Meliyanti Meliyanti@gmail.com Elwan Candra Candra@gmail.com
Pregnant women are still often faced with various health problems, one of which is anemia. Pandelaki zefanyapandelaki@gmail.com Mohammad Agus Pribowo zefanyapandelaki@gmail.com Ni Putu Rita Jeniyanthi zefanyapandelaki@gmail.com
The aim of the research is to find out the role of the transverse suspectibility weighted imaging (SWI) sequence in brain MRI examination techniques in tumor cases. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive study that uses a literature study approach to explore, analyze and identify information about how the Susceptibility Weighted Imaging (SWI) sequence plays a role in the Brain MRI examination process in patients who have tumors. The results and discussion of the literature review show: 1) Susceptibility-Weighted Imaging (SWI) on MRI brain has an important role in detecting blood degradation products, calcification and iron accumulation in glioblastoma. SWI allows visualization of small blood vessels, detection of iron, as well as identification of areas of calcification within the tumor, providing a more detailed picture of the nature and malignancy of glioblastoma. The Intratumoral Susceptibility Signal (ITSS) on SWI images is a visual marker associated with microhemorrhage, neoangiogenesis, and calcification, enabling tumor grading based on the frequency and distribution of these signals. In addition, Intralesional Susceptibility Signal (ILSS) also has an important role in differentiating glioblastoma from abscesses and metastases, with high levels of ILSS tending to be associated with tumor severity. Thus, the integration of SWI and ITSS and ILSS analysis can make a significant contribution to the characterization and assessment of the level of malignancy. 2) Susceptibility-Weighted Imaging (SWI) in the diagnosis of glioblastoma has the advantage of providing internal visualization of the tumor with high resolution. SWI is highly sensitive to differences in tissue susceptibility, allows the detection of neovascularization, hemorrhage, and calcification within glioblastoma, and provides detailed information about cerebral vascular anatomy. The advantages of SWI include its ability to image the Intratumoral Susceptibility Signal (ITSS) and Intralesional Susceptibility Signal (ILSS) and increase the visibility of low signal intensity structures. However, its shortcomings, namely sensitivity to artifacts, dependence on susceptibility phenomena, and subjective interpretation are aspects that need to be considered.
2023-12-20T07:28:10+08:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Jurnal Ilmiah Kedokteran dan Kesehatan https://ejurnal.stie-trianandra.ac.id/index.php/klinik/article/view/2623 The Relationship Of The Role Of Parents In Providing Reproductive Health Education And Care Of Genital Organ Hygiene In Adolescent Women In Man Model Manado 2024-02-23T04:27:21+08:00 Anggun Sasmita anggnsasmita@gmail.com Umratun Hayati umratun.hayati17@gmail.com Cristina Tien Popang tien.popang@gmail.com Anisa Nanang Sulistiyowati anisananangs1@gmail.com
Genital hygiene care is to prevent and control infection, prevent skin damage, increase comfort, and maintain personal hygiene. This research aims to determine the relationship between the role of parents in providing reproductive health education and genital hygiene care for young women in MAN Model Manado. This research uses an analytical survey with a cross sectional study design. Sampling using proportionate random sampling technique was 73 people. The conclusion of this research is that the majority of respondents' parents have a poor role in caring for the cleanliness of genital organs in adolescent girls, amounting to 47 people (64.4%) and at least the parents of respondents have a good role in caring for the cleanliness of genital organs in adolescent girls. as many as 26 people (35.6%). There is a relationship between the role of parents in providing reproductive health education with genital hygiene care for adolescent girls at MAN Model Manado. With the results of the chi-square statistical test analysis, a significance level of 0.000 was obtained.
